Today, coaching is a recognized discipline used by many professionals engaged in human development. However, as a distinct profession, it is relatively new and self-regulating which translates into a very individual, custom designed approach chosen for each individual client. Life Coaching differs from counseling in that it is primarily focused on the present and the future.

About Erika and the Sunera Life Coaching approach

I was originally born and raised in a beautiful, small country – Slovakia in Eastern Europe, which has greatly effected the way I see the world and my core values. At the age of 18 I decided to travel and explore the world. After living in exciting London in UK for two years I moved to Vancouver and fell in love with the wonderful energy of this city and the healthy lifestyle it offers. That was 10 years ago and it’ s been very eventful and an exciting decade. Just like everyone else trying to live my life the best way I can I faced challenges along the way. About 7 years ago my world came tumbling down in all areas of my life and I found my self starting all over again. Not to be going into the personal details I knew I needed help and a support in the process of rebuilding my life and was offered a Life coaching session as a Birthday present. Four months later I knew that it was the best investment I have ever made as I was experiencing one of the happiest times of my life.

This was also a beginning of my search for the answers to my questions I had about how we create the circumstances of our lives, our relationships and every little experience we have along the way. The question was : “How much are we involved in creating the life we live?”

The Law of attraction coaching

It took about 7 years, many, many books, seminars and self discovery through exploring and testing the ideas out there presented by people like Luise Hay, Joe Vitale, Wayne Dyer, Sonia Choquette, Anthony Robbins, Eckhart Tolle, Bruce Lipton and many others to get my answers. While I was learning about the power of The Law of attraction and the scientific proof  that today’s latest scientific research offers I started to create the fulfilling life I live now and healthy relationships we all desire. Most of all I have gained a wonderful relationship with my own self. I was able to reconnect with my passions and turn them into a job resolving in launching my own business – Sunera.

With time passing and after collecting all this amazing, powerful and transformational  knowledge I have now, I couldn’t help my self but share the fact that we are 100% involved in the creation of all of our experiences with everyone that was interested in gaining a control over how their life unfolds. Our thoughts and emotions are reflected in the world around us constantly and manifesting the live we live.

The good new is: We can learn how to control our thought and balance our emotions ! The type of coaching I offer to my clients is supplying them with effective tools to develop beneficial habits of thinking and motivates them to make changes and take actions to establish new lifestyle that truly reflects on who they are and their desires.

The Power of Self-LOVE

Confidence is a degree of self -love and appreciation. When we feel beautiful (inside-out),others see us as beautiful.We all have a potential to be Marilyn I believe. Here is a story about her I absolutely love.I hope you get inspired by it.

A friend of late Marilyn Monroe told how, one summer’s day, she and Marilyn Monroe were walking in Manhattan, talking earnestly about a subject on which they both felt strongly. Marilyn was wearing no makeup, a head scarf, and a plain coat , and nobody noticed the famous movie star. As they came to the end of the conversation, Marylin whispered to her friend, “Shall I be HER now ?” Immediately she was recognized and mobbed, causing traffic chaos. Her friend says the amazing thing was that she did not seem to change anything outwardly, she just decided to think of herself differently – and the effect was INCREDIBLE.

This inspiring story is taken out of one of my favorite little books – A year of Spirituality by Ingrid Collins .

Confidence is created within and is celebrated by the way we walk, talk and dress and by the life style we choose to reflect on our core values and beliefs.
